FTP SERVER INSTRUCTIONS
To upload files to our FTP server, you will need a username and password and, in order to obtain this, please email us at either:

studio@cornflower.co.uk or studio@cornflower.com.au

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THE USE OF THE FTP SERVER

When uploading files, please create a new folder on the server for your particular job.

The FTP folder is a public folder and, as such, your files will be visible to other Cornflower customers once uploaded - its use should only be as a method of transferring files to us, rather than a storage device.

We do clear the server regularly, so your files will only be on the server as long as it takes us to download them, PROVIDED you email us immediately on the studio addresses above to tell us that you have uploaded them.

We would ask that you please respect the privacy of other customers by not viewing any other jobs you may see on the server - as a security measure, the server does log IP addresses of those accessing the service. You have been warned!
